Check out these in-home workouts that you can do sans equipment!

 

Workout #1:

  • 10 squats
  • 20 crunches
  • 40 second plank
  • 40 leg lifts (20 per leg)
  • 10 push ups

  • 5 pushups
  • 15 squats
  • 10 reverse crunches
  • 5 lunges
  • 15 second plank
  • Repeat 5x

Workout #3:

  • 10 jumping jacks
  • 10 crunches
  • 10 push-ups
  • 10 squats
  • 10 calf raises
  • 10 reverse lunges

 

Workout #4:

    • 30 arm circles
    • 20 pushups
    • 30 tricep dips
    • 1 minute plank
    • 40 burpees
    • 10 triangle pushups
    • 50 jumping jacks
